i have a cisco as5300 with 4 PRIs.Each PRI is alloacted a number. When calls are terminated using the PRIs, the calling number displayed at Fone receivers End is the PRI allocate number.Say if some one calls from US to India, the displayed number is not the US one..but the PRI allocated number. Is there any option i can configure in Cisco which allows the real calling numbers to be ttranslated as a Local constant number to be displayed at the Fone receivers End .any help is much appreciated

AS5300 can only overright the Caller ID while calling out from AS5300 on those PRI lines..BUT not for received calls..So YES..5300 can send specific caller ID or calling number for outgoing calls only using command
isdn calling-number xxxx
under the interface..Here is the url for that.
BUT 5300 has no control for caller ID or DNIS for a "received calls". Telco company controls that.

thanks for the reply.Calls from loaction A is carried over the IP..hits the AS5300 and is termintaed at the PRI End where each PRI is alocated a number from the Telco side.can i generate or implement a constant number to be visible to the Fone users end such that the number shud be displayed as 1234567 in the Fone's caller ID.i also tried the calling number outbound sequence command in the Dial peers. Its not working.
