The configuartion seems to be fine to me, You have not mentioned which interface is the tunnel applied , check whether the interface is having sufficent bandwidth to accomadate this. Use 'show policy-map interface' to get the details about the policy map .

hi,

thanks for answer.

i have opened a case to the tac-team.

it seems to be a bug (CSCee79885)

Does the tunnel interface supports fair queueing?
