LMS Topology Services

Hello Frnds.

Hope someone can help me. I'm trying to get a Topology View of my Cisco Devices in the LMS. When I look at the Summary of my Layer 2 devices it gives me a device type called "ciscoProducts.429" and when I look at the TOPOLOGY VIEW it shows me a Green BOX with a question mark. I know this device should be a 2950G-48 Switch. But It doesn't seem to recognise it. Right now my RME has the latest update IDU 9.0 installed. Could someone guide me where I'm going wrong.

These device types appear for deviecs not supported in the version of LMS that is being run. You should refer to the documentation for your version of LMS to check out the devices that are supported.
