Netconfig error message

Hi,

I got the following error when I tried to click finish on netconfig on ciscowork2000 to shedule the job immediately:

"Cannot Shedule Job. Exception stack trace:java.lang.NullPointerException: no stack trace available"

I am not sure what is the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are a couple of suggestions for your problem.

- check "control panel" on your client machine, how many java plug-in do you see? you should only see one "java plug-in 1.3.1", and select it, go to about tab, the virtual machine version should be 1.3.1-b24. any other versions are not supported

- try clear jar cache in "cache" tab

- was this an upgrade? if upgrade, did you run "patch_1x_20.pl" before the actual upgrade?

Thanks, It works now, I think my problem was due to Zone Alarm Firewall that they installed recently. So they remooved it and the msg error has gone.
