reset 3548 switch to factory defaults

I have 2 3548xl's that I need reset to factory defaults. The passwords I have on file are not working and I want to reconfigure them anyways. How do I reset the switches back to factory defaults? Thanks.

First, you will need to do a password recovery

If you skip steps 10 through 13, you would be mostly resetting to factory defaults with the exception of deleting the vlan.dat file. Anways, to reset to factory defaults, including deleting vlan.dat file, the following page should help
