RME's Reachability Dashboard/Availability monitor sending alerts

Is it possible for CiscoWorks 2000 to send an email alert when any of the links go down on our reachability dashboard/availability monitor? If so, how? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

You need to use Device Fault Manager (DFM) for this.

Thanks, we have the LAN bundle, but I cannot seem to locate this program. Is it included with one of the other cds or is it a separate product from the LMS? Thanks.

DFM is included in LMS 2.0 (this package came out with CD-One Version 4; however, if you had an upgrade contract with Cisco from a previous version, it is possible that you got CD-One Version 4 without DFM, which in case it would be called LMS 1.1) and later. If you have LMS 2.0 or LMS 2.1, Device Fault Manager should be on a seperate CD.
