Serial Line appears to be looped but Loop is flapping

Hi all,

We are facing the problem during Serial link testing. When the link is HDLC then we do not find any issue in the loop condition but the same link when we change to PPP then link loop starts flapping atleast 3 times in a minutes. We have enabled the multiple debug command but non of the debug command help me to identfy the issue. Kindly help me to identify the issue.

If a circuit is looped, it is normal that you can have flaps or other strange behavoir.

You should focus on having the circuit working right when is supposed to.
