Hello ayoussef,

Yes... 1721 can support IPSEC with 3DES encryption.you need to have an IOS suitable for that. you also need to have sufficient flash & DRAM memory for supporting 3DES..

The 1721 also supports VPN modules... MOD1700-VPN is the part number of this...
