765 _ Ports Open

Hi

My 765 shows the port 023 / telnet open

I have enabled a password, but is there a way as to close / block this ?

You can enter command "set telnet disabled" in the config to block that telnet (tcp port 23).

is not a supported comand on the Cisco 765 ..

SEt TIme HH:MM:SS

SEt TIMEOut [ | OFf

SEt TYpe = [ ACcept | BLock ] [ IGnore | DEmand ]

SEt TRansfer

and to Quit or for MOREq

Guys any other ideas ?
