There were a couple of odd issues way back in 3.5 client days with using the AT&T 1800 number (strangely calling local AT&T numbers was fine), but these haven't been seen for around 2 years now. Haven't heard of any other issues for ages now.

Of course doing some testing before your roll-out is always the best way to reassure yourself.

We've used them for years and they work flawlessly with Cisco VPN Clients. Just make sure you're getting 'internet only' service.
