BSOD after CSVPN Client

brandnew HP Omnibook XE3, after installation of Cisco Secure VPN Client just shows BSOD's and only boots up in safemode.
The notebook is running W98 SE.
Need help urgently..

Uninstall CSVPN client. Make sure your system can boot up normally. Install latest MS updates for Win 98 SE. Install newest version of CSVPN client (version 3.0.3). This should work.

uninstalling brought the system back to normal, reinstalling brought back the BSOD.
Solved the problem anyway:
the HP XE3 have a Accton EN2242 PCI LANcard.
none of the drivers from HP's Site work:
version 1.06, and version 1.10 (latest)
the EN1207F v 1.03 from Accton's Site solved it...
