Can I configure dynamic failover between GRE Tunnels at a remote site?

We have a site-to site VPN connection(Home Office-to-site). The ISP at the site has provided a leased line as the primary Internet connection, as well as an ISDN connection because of frequent problems with the Primary connection. I've built GRE Tunnels to both the Serial Interface and to the BRI interface. I also use a split tunnel, to provide direct Internet access at the site.

What's the best way to provide dynamic failover at the site between the Serial and the ISDN connections to the ISP?

I would built the GRE to a Loopback address on the router. Now you have 1 tunnel that is independent of either transport option.

You just need to ensure that you don't relearn a better route through the tunnel or you'll be in a recursive loop.
