Cannot access url from the inside

Hi

ISP A is redirecting connections to my web server to a url of my other ISP B

How do I setup a translation on my PIX in ISP B's Colo to allow users on the inside to connect to the webpage.

Need clarification on your network topology. Please elaborate on it. A network diagram (basic) will be better.

If I understand your query correctly, you will have to add an inbound access list on isp B pix to allow traffic in from your inside (the nated IP address range)of pix A to the outside IP address of your web server. You will also need to add a static translation on pix B for the real and translated address of the web server.
