recover application-partition
That will delete everything except the few network settings (ip address, gateway netmask etc.)

Hi Marvin,
I am not able to login to this device, hence can't run the command. Is there any other way we can do a factory reset. I do know there is some button, but not able to recollect this for this device.
Can you confirm if there is any factory reset button for this device, so that i can use that.
Br,
Rohit

There is no factory reset button on any of the Cisco IPS sensor appliances.
