concentrator 3000

hi,

where does the vpn con. 3000 fit with the pix and the perimeter router. Should it be installed in parallel with the pix and what's the advantage of that. In this case, what special configuration is required on the pix.

You can place the concentrator in parallel if you have a second public IP address and are just trying to do inbound client VPN. There is nothing to do on the Pix for this configuration.

You can also place the concentrator outside the Pix and pass through all internet traffic, but I have not tested this.
