Why am I seeing this error message. All I do is create a tunnel interface and delete it. What's this got to do with EzVPN?
c3620-ik9o3s7-mz.122-15.T9.bin
rot3620-1(config)#interface tunnel 777
rot3620-1(config-if)#no interface tunnel 777
Error:Crypto EzVPN does not exist.

As per bug CSCea0571, this message is seen when deleting Loopback or Tunnel interfaces, which is exactly what you are observing. The release notes don't seem to indicate that there are any serious problems if you see this message. I think you can safely ignore the message. However, if you really need to make them go away, you'll need to upgrade your IOS.

12.2(15)T9 is the latest 12.2T load that I could see. Also, for some reason, I can't see the bug you mentioned. I can't see what version it got fixed in.
