Hi.
I'm using a MARS 20 with software 6.0.3.
Sometimes I need to reset the appliance because it does not respond!
Any ideas!?

Hi, Have you tried accessing the appliance by connecting via the serial cable? If you can then you could verify the overall status (PNSTATUS) and the log (PNLOG). Saluti, Joseph

The appliance doesn't respond using console cable too!
