Different ping latency

We remote site connected with IPsec

when we ping to remote site router inside interface we have latency around 20ms when we ping from remto site to central site (at same time) we have 350 - 500 ms and some timeouts... I wonder how its possible if its round trip??

Look at the routing. Asymmetrical routing could cause this difference. That is, packets going from one point to the other may not return over the same path. And different paths mean different latency.
