Disconnect pppoe

Hi,

I'm not able to disconnect the adsl line from a 501 pix.

The command

clear vpdn [group|interface|tunnel|username]

does not go.

Can you help me ?

Do you get any error messages when you enter the clear vpdn command? What command are you entering exactly?

Hi,

What is the mode from which you are trying to clear. Make sure that you are in the config mode and also if possible post the error message that you are getting.

Yes, I am in configure terminal mode, and I get no errors.

And the adsl line stays up.
