hi dude,
well my IDS (IDS-4220-E) Operating system has been crashed. The operating system is not booting at all and keeps re-booting automatically by itself. suggest me on how to solve this problem.....i need the operating system files also.....gimme a good solution plz.....

Hi,
boot the system without the monitor connected... some monitor (like my DELL) it isn't supported and halt the system... after the ids's booted reconnect the monitor (if possible enter via console cable...)
if, again, doesn't boot use the recovery/update cd, with the monitor connected!

I would highly suggest you open up a TAC case to address your issue. You should have a recovery CD with your product. If you do not, you will need to contact Cisco to get a replacement. I do not believe the recovery CD ISO is available for download.
