I have a Sony notebook PCG-GRT230 with a clean load of XP Pro. When I attempt to install the VPN client I get an error Install DNE Failed, return code -21465000443.
This seems to be a failure of the Deterministic Network Enhancer to install.
With more research, I am told that going to Deterministic Network's website and downloading a traffic111.msi I can correct this error.
After downloading the msi, I get the same error message when I run it, as I get when I run the VPN install. In either case, the DNE service never installs on the notebook.
I am stumped. Has anyone seen and resolved this?
