I was wondering with the advent of CW2K, if CW-4-Windows was planned to be end of sale any time soon, or if there was an discontinuance plan, etc.

CWW or CW2K on Windows/Solaris is not End of Sales. Only CW2K on AIX/HP-UX have been End of Sales per:
