Lost PAK number for MARS

I got 2 MARS system Part number: CS-MARS-210-K9 , Seial Numbers: JAB1130069D and JAB113504LN

in one box there was an envelop containing the PAK number and i got actual license file for SN: JAB113504LN, but i didn't find the PAK envelop in the second box. i don't know what happened to that but now what should i do to get the license file? is there any way to get license file without the lost PAK?

You should open a TAC Case, the cisco licensing team will be able to help you.

I think they stopped using that Alias now, all licensing issues are handled through TAC now.

However I'm might be wrong on this, please verify.
