From PIX 515 manual, I read "how to download a PIX 515 image over TFTP", but I cannot find "how to save image to TFTP server". I think I must save first and then am able to download. Please advice, thanks in advance.

sorry guys, there is no way to copy the IOS image (say 6.3.1) from the PIX to a TFTP server, you can only copy from the TFTP server to the PIX;
copy tftp flash:IMAGE
Just for reference:
write net tftp_IP:filename
will only copy the config file from the PIX to the TFTP server (not the IOS image).
copy flash tftp
only works on a router.
Hope this helps
