Running encryption 3DES and DES in the same router doesn't work...

With a 2600 router we have a problem due to the router doesn't accept the crypto DES and 3DES together. The VPN with one site is configurated in 3DES meanwhile some another sites are with DES. So if we have both running together the VPNs don't work. However if only is running the encryption DES with the sites that have this configured, this work good. In the remote sites they have the VPN client configured and the 2600 IOS is c2600-ik2o3s-mz.120-7.T.bin

I couldn’t find any bugs on that specifically although there are about 80 IPSEC related issues on 12.0.7T. I would first try some newer code, perhaps the latest 12.1 ED version. If you’re still having problems, it might be configuration. Talk to the TAC.
