SDM Security Device manager 1.0-Auxillary pop up page doesn't work

I installed SDM 1.0 on our 3620 router. When I go to access the SDM via either http or https the inital page comes up, but the pop up manager doesn't come up. I have it loaded into slot1 flash as we don't have enough room in default flash. I tried the ip http path command to slot1: but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hi,

I would suggest to check the followings:

-Enable Java and Javascript on the browser

-Disable pop blockers on the PC

-Disable unsupported Java Plugg-ins

-Make http is enabled on the router

-Ensure that the pc is not blocked by ACL

FYI:

Supporterd browsers: IE 5.5 and above, Netscape 4.79

Java Plug-inns: Built in browser JVM, JRE 1.3.1 or 1.4.1 <--You can verify this by going into "Add-remove Programs". If you don't have the JRE, can download from www.sun.com
