upgrade to 12.4 - NAT ESP problem?

Hi There, I am really not sure how to fix this. I have got a client behind a 837 router that I am seeing the following problem. I can see that IKE is completing, but the ESP traffic is not passing. Turning on debug gives me the following:

*Jul 2 08:35:34: NAT: IPSec: cannot find In->Out ESP conn, OG=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IG=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx SPI 0xADC665BE

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction? I am using a static map:

ip nat inside source static 192.168.0.2 interface Dialer1

any suggestions would be great, or if I should be posting to another forum please let me know.

Can you revert back with the exact current setup and the connectivity you are trying to establish over here..

Hi there, thanks for the response. I did this earlier, reverting back to 12.3.11t and it worked fine. the only differance is that the older IOS has the plus feature set but none of the ipsec features are enabled
