Is the collection server connected to both of those ports? Of course that would be obvious if the server had two NICs and was connected to two ports and listening for traffic on both NICs. Besides the obvious I've seen this happen other ways. Make sure the system doesn't have two different packet capture drivers. This has happened to me when I've had PCAP and Microsoft Network Capture drivers both installed on the machine. Also it could be a software bug, what Call Recording application are you using?
As far as the spanning configuration, please provide a detailed layout of your setup and post configs if you feel you have your configuration wrong.
