seems like your FMC still starting the services. if its more than 2-3 hours, try restarting the FMC

FMC is running from 2 days ago, but unfortunately the same issue.

Was it working previously? If so, what happened - was there perhaps a power outage or non0graceful restart of the VM or appliance? If it was the latter, your server may be corrupted and need to be restored from backup.
