WebVPN Does Not Work in Load Balancing

I have two 3005 VPN Concentrators. Load Balancing works with VPN Client. However, it does not work with WebVPN. When I typed the Virtual Cluster Master IP address in the Internet Explorer, I got the message: "Page cannot be displayed" The WebVPN works with the IP address of either VPN Concentrator. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

You should use VRRP in the concentrators for load balancing...

VRRP does not do Load Balancing. VRRP only does fail-over. Anyway, are you saying that Load Balancing does not work in WebVPN and only VRRP would work in WebVPN? If that is the case, please let me know so I can make a change. Thanks.
