What is the last iOS for a WS-C4503

I have an old WS-C4503 (without the E) but it has an old ios version 12.2(25)EWA4, and since 2015 there is no support anymore.

Does anyone knows what was the latest version?

2. What is the DRAM and flash memory size?

1.- From show inventory: DESCR: "Supervisor II+ with 2 1000BaseX GBIC ports" - PID: WS-X4013+
Im nor pretty sure about the next point
2.- From show version: 511K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
From dir command: 27262976 bytes total (14767620 bytes free)

The file of the actual IOS is cat4000-i9s-mz.122-25.EWA4.bin

You're stuck.  This means the flash only as 32 mb.  Just enough for 12.2(25)EWA train.  You can't even upgrade to 12.2(31)SG because it requires 64 mb flash.

Does the supervisor card have an empty CF in the front?

Yes a no, i mean it has a slot but is not empty.

Do you think is a good idea to change the flash? I have done that with routers but it feels different with this catalyst

I'm asking about a compact flash slot and not a SLOT to slide line cards in.
