I am trying to block all but specified ports outbound as well as inbound. I did this config in PDM and had it output to a web page.
The PIX is not passing traffic ether way now.

Hi,
What happens if you change the following ACLs to permit?
access-list outside_access_in deny ip any any
access-list inside_access_in deny ip any any
Thanks,

Did you clear your translations and save it to memory when you were done?

Clear translations?
Yes, I was sure to write it to mem. I even rebooted afterward, still allows not traffic through.

Hi,
I am afraid you switched source and destination ports in your access-lists.
For example:
when you want to allow www to the outside, then the source port is random (=any) and the destination port is www. So the entries in the ACL should be like this:
access-list inside_access_in permit tcp any any eq www
and NOT:
access-list inside_access_in permit tcp any eq www any
This is just an example, there other entries in ACLs that are also switched.
Kind Regards,
Tom

the post above mine is the correct answer.
your acl "access-list inside_access_in" has the destination port listed as the source port.
