I have a customer interested in a ASR9912, but their asking if Cisco hardware in general is Buy American Act Compliant?

You can sell all Cisco products in all countries around the world. and can be purchased.

The important thing is that you work with a reseller that is a Cisco Gold partner, as the ASR9900 Series is a proprietary product and the Kitlist is prepared by Cisco.
