ASR1006 VPDN Sessions

I have ASR1006 with the image asr1000rp1-advipservicesk9.02.06.01.122-33.XNF1.bin

When I wanted to check for the rate of a specific session (user) , I used the command

sh vpdn session packets rate interface virtual-access x

When I upgraded the router to the IOS image asr1000rp1-advipservices.03.13.03.S.154-3.S3-ext.bin

Do not seem to find it , any ideas?

Hello

the new image that you are using is not a K9 image, so the security features might not be enabled.

Could you please upgrade with a K9 image.

Am not deploying any security features on the box , it's only PPPoE termination box

I agree but there is a difference between the feature set in two images that you mentioned.

I would also like to know, if the VPDN session is not being created or its just you are not seeing the CLI.

I think this command has been deprecated and instead, you can run it using show pppoe session interface <>. Hope this helps.

i checked on 15.5 release and couldnt find show vpdn session command.

I have tried the command show pppoe session , but it will match only on the physical interfaces not on the virtual-access interfaces

Seems the command is really deprecated :)
