Bandwidth issue on the CPE on PPPoE session

Hi everyone,

A customer is using a stormshield FW as a CE to access internet via our service provider infrastructure on PPPoE session.

The PPPoE session is UP on our ASR1009-X Access router on a virtual-access interface. The policy map is limiting the bandwidth to 4Gb at the virtual interface level but the customer, when performing a speed test, cannot go to more than 1.5Gb on down and 3Gb up.

When performing his speedtest, we did not see any drop on the policy map on the Access router (asr-1009-x).

Do you have some ideas about what could cause this type of issue ?

Does the client check Stormshield side ? rate-limit...policies...
