Does anyone know if Cisco SFP's or Cisco hardware in general is Buy American Act Compliant?

I do not believe so because the majority of optics, routers, switches and WLC are all made in the far east.  (Some of Cisco's Catalyst 9k switches, for example, are made by Foxconn/Hon Hai Precision.)

Cisco, like any other company in the same situation, may have a "waiver".
