Hey Basically the ISP will do all your NAT for you , so its not on customer side at all anymore and maintened by them , your private ip range traffic could be translated to any of the public ips that the ISP uses in their network to break out rather than standard NAT where you get your public ip assigned to you and your traffic always translates to that locally
