I am working in a SP company and few days back was faced with a challenge to configure QoS from scratch on a CPE Router
I need some good Cisco documentation to start with basics of QoS (theoritical stuff), and then few labs to configure and troubleshoot the same
In CCNP Switch, i Have learnt about the Voice QoS in IP Telephony and have some know about DSCP markings
I have also done a bit of troubleshooting on QoS, and have some knowledge of using Class Maps and Policy Maps but cannot configure from scratch
I need to have proper understanding of QoS before I head to configuring the CPE
