The part number for the USRM doesn’t depend on the underlying hardware, but what the software is licensed for. So it doesn’t seem to matter if it’s a Dell PowerEdge 850 or a PowerEdge R210. If you “cat” the “license.conf” file on the USRM, you’ll get something like this:

# cat /opt/usrm/ConfigFiles/license.conf

SACISCO:RELEASE

SYSTEMNAME:ERM/SdvSm

COMPONENT:SdvSm

COMPONENT:McmisServer

COMPONENT:NgodSdvMcp

COMPONENT:NgodCdfSdvMcp

COMPONENT:S6Server

COMPONENT:D6

PLATFORM:SdbServerAgent

STBMAX:20000

MAXQAMCHANNELS:1000

PARTNUMBER:4020842132000

LICENSE:178104872

The part number appears as:

     4020842132000

…but should be reformatted as follows for the RMA:

     4020842.132.000.AA

In many cases, the USRM will be dead, and you won’t be able to look at the license file. But all your USRMs are probably licensed the same, so just get the part number off one of your working USRMs and then reformat it with the dots and the “.AA” at the end.
