Hello
I have 4 ISR4451-X/K9. A part number of my power supply is PWR-4450-AC.
The front Gigabit Ethernet ports (labeled GE 0/0/0 and 0/0/1) don’t turn on my POE support device and commands for POE is not appears in interface configure mode.In hardware overview explained:
“One internal 30-W PoE daughter card for two of the front Gigabit Ethernet ports (labeled GE 0/0/0 and 0/0/1)”
Is it necessary power supply with PWR-4450-POE-AC part number for two ports? What is the problem?
Thank you.

Hello, I agree with your assessment and from what I have read it is should not be dependent on the 4450 power supply. You probably have done all this but see the attached link for this router. Pages 165-170 are about the POE on these ports.
Aside from the interface specific commands run the "sh platform", "sh diag" and "show diag chassis eeprom" commands on 169 & 170. These commands should indicate if POE is / should be available on these ports.

Hope this helps.
