D9854 AC3 Trouble

I setup our D9854s for HD-SDI output with AC3. Looking at the SDI feed through a Tektronics WVR 7120, it appears it’s seeing the channels as PCM, with repeating noises. Also, my encoder does not reconize the audio at its input. We have several D9854 IRDs with this same AC3 issue.

The attached screenshot.IRD is my IRD settings and jpg 1 is a photo of the Tektronics WVR 7120. There may be something I'm setting wrong inside the IRD, your help will be greatly appreciated.

Tony, what is the Current App version, and current FPGA version of your receiver?  You can find this information in the Main Menu - Versions section.  You are setting the 'Digital Out Preference' to 'Compressed'.  Can you try to set this to 'PCM Samples'?
