Generally this message usually means there is a communication problem between the SUP and one of the line cards.

Is this ES20 module by any chance? There was  a known bug below

CSCso12121    %EARL_L2_ASIC-DFC4-4-DBUS_HDR_ERR on 7600 with ES20G module

Externally found moderate (Sev3) bug: R-Resolved

If it is a non-ES20 card try reloading/reseating the module and try it on a different slot. If none works I would suggest replacing it.

Best Regards,
Bheem
