How to activate a RTU on asr1006 advanced enterprise

Hello,

i search for a way to activate a RTU (License_for_up_to_2M_Sessions) on an asr1006 advanced enterprise. i found some how-to, but in every how-to use "license"-commands. Thats a problem because the asr doens't know any "license"-command.

I'm not familiar with this series. Is there a new "license"-command? At the moment the asr working with version 3.16.2bs.
