ONS 15400 NTP/SNTP Alarms

Hi everyone,

We got alarms from CTC after we configured NTP on ONS node, anyone could help to clarify us about cause of alarming?

The majority of these alarms are due to the ONS 15454 not having Network Acess to the SNTP Server, which may be caused by a firewall or routing issue on the LAN. Your first step to troubleshoot this issue is to try pinging the SNTP server from the Subnet that the ONS nodes is sitting on.  Here is a link to the Alarm and troubleshooting guide:
