I've been tasked with adding new configuration to a SCA BB SCE8000 with a corresponding subscriber manager. The subscriber manager (in pull mode) identifies the subscribers a combination of the DHCP Lease Query LEG (used to retrieve subscriber ID) and the SOAP LEG (used to retrieve packageID). This works perfectly however we are adding a group of subscribers that will not be using a DHCP server but will have static IP addresses.
I need to know how I can provision these new users manually using a CSV (includes subscriberID and IP mapping) with a default packageID but then use the SOAP LEG only to query the packageID. How can I do this without interfering with the current subscribers that are using DHCP+SOAP LEG. I was looking at the LEG-Domain association but it seems there would have to be a separate SCE for the new subscribers. The new subscribers will be using the same SCE as current DHCP based subscribers.
