SSH into a switch from outside my network

Hello can someone please help me. I would like to ssh into my switch outside of my network. When am on my network I can telnet and shh into my switch just find but how do you ssh into a swich off my network, if I have a commerical router like verizon quantum router. Now I setup ssh onto my verizon router and ssh into just find but if my switch has an local ip address of 192.168.1.251 and a ip default route of the verizon router of 192.168.1.1. How do you get into the switch?

Is this your router that is connecting to Verizon?

You may have a dynamic public IP so you have to keep track of the change of the IP.
