Hello everybody, I would like to better understand the choice of switching from isdn to adsl; What is clear to me is that we have chosen to switch to ADSL for reasons of: 1) Implementation costs 2) Speed increase Starting from point 2) the first question arises: 1) Was it not possible to implement ADSL in the ISDN network? The underlying physical network, ie the last mile between the user and the exchange, is always that same amplitude of frequencies. Why then implement ADSL on a new network? I read, but very generally, that ADSL could not be implemented in the ISDN network because the amplitude required by the ADSL system also included those of ISDN and therefore there was interference. I repeat leaving out the costs Hence the need to create a new network. I thank those who respond
