DUO Hardware Token Battery

i have a customer that has purchased a set of DUO Hardware Tokens.

I have not found anywhere that it specifies the expected Battery Life of a Token.

Can anyone point me to a document thta might answer the question?

Hi Richard,

While the battery life is projected to be 7 years, Duo only guarantees 6 months via warranty. Generally, the token battery should last for a minimum of two years.

Please Note: The battery is not replaceable as this would cause tampering with the device and make it insecure.
