Can't get Debug Log & Syslog for IP Phone SPA502G

Hello

 

I have a Cisco SPA502G installed on my desk for which I am trying to get the Debug and SysLog files.

 

I have followed this guide to the letter https://community.cisco.com/t5/small-business-support-documents/debug-and-syslog-messages-from-the-spa3xx-spa5xxg-spa9xx-amp/ta-p/3293941 but neither does my phone restart after I submit all changes (it just lights up only) nor is there any log files under 'my documents' folder for the syslog server I have pointed to which is my own PC having ip 192.168.70.66.

 

I have attached the pictures for the settings below as well and my Software Version is 7.5.2 with Hardware Version as 1.1.0

 

P.S. Please help me, I need the debug and syslog files to review why I can't process my XML directory.
