cannot log in Attendant Console (AC)

Hi all,

I have this AC working for many years but yesterday I cannot log in any more - ping is ok but after enter user name/password, it spins for couple seconds then comes back with message "server: 192.168.1.200 connection lost. Retry log on ?". I had retried numerous times to login, including restart my PC but no help. Please advise.

Problem is resolved: go to AC web admin page, under "Engineering", choose "Service management" then click on Stop then Start button of Cisco Unified Attendant Server.
